Import shipping matrix to GMC

What’s known

• GMC shipping rates are updated through Google’s API, not by file upload. The original overview said this was done in Postman and that the generator might do it automatically one day.
• GMC takes delivery time as a range. The Delivery Times value is used as the maximum, with a nominal default as the minimum. See Delivery Times.
• Each rates table is linked by name. The name in GMC must match the generator and Maropost. See Shipping Matrix Generator.

Check which Google API the Postman requests use

Google’s Content API for Shopping reached its sunset on 18 August 2026. From 1 September 2026, requests from accounts without an extension fail intermittently, and it’s switched off completely in early 2027. Its replacement is the Merchant API. If the Postman requests call shoppingcontent.googleapis.com, they may already fail and will need moving to the Merchant API. Source: Google, Content API deprecation and sunset.
