Altapac staff docs

These docs cover altapac.com and the theme it runs on (Altapac-ReDev). They don’t cover the A1 store, which has a different theme and its own docs.

Most of what’s here exists because the theme gives cPanel fields jobs that stock Maropost doesn’t. When one of those fields is wrong, the site usually shows nothing rather than an error. Start with the Workflows pages: they were checked against the theme and the live site in October 2026.

Common tasks

Store hours and holiday closures Change a store's hours, phone, email or address, or close every store for a public holiday.

Run a promotion Set up, check and end a promotion so the promo page, product pages and home page agree.

Product field formats What to type in each product custom field so it actually shows on the site.

Set up a bike-rack product Enter a bike rack so its tiles, specs, add-ons and video appear.

Choose a page template Which body template to give a content page, and what Label 1 to 3 do on each.
